All Qalasiti garments are made to order. Once an order is placed, production begins specifically for you.

  • CUSTOMIZATION

We offer custom sizing and minor design alterations where possible. Please ensure that all measurements and customisation details provided are accurate before confirming your order.

  • PRODUCTION TIMELINE

Our garments are handcrafted and generally dispatched within 10–15 business days. Production timelines may vary during festive seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  2. International shipping charges are calculated separately based on the destination and parcel weight.

  3. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the courier service and location.
  • RETURN AND EXCHANGE

As every garment is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will assist you promptly.

  • COLORS

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to different screen settings and the handcrafted nature of our fabrics.

  • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Qalasiti and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

  • HANDCRAFTED NATURE

Every Qalasiti garment is handcrafted using traditional techniques, making each piece truly unique.

  1. As many of our fabrics are crafted using natural dyes, slight colour bleeding during the first 3–4 washes is normal. We recommend washing separately in cold water and following the care instructions provided.
  2. Slight variations in colour, print placement, weave, and texture are a natural characteristic of handcrafted textiles and should not be considered defects.
  3. Minor irregularities are the hallmark of handmade craftsmanship, reflecting the authenticity and individuality of each piece.
